Steps to get diving:
- Not yet certified - Complete workbook (hardcopy or online) at home, pool day, and 2 boat days.
- Already certified - Refresher courses are a good way to get familiar again or continue your education with a higher level scuba class.
What is needed to get started:
- Clean bill of health
- Personal snorkel gear (scuba mask, fins, and snorkel)
- Swim attire
- Materials packet (sent to you upon payment)
Dive Courses:
Snorkel/Skin diver:
- Teaches basic snorkeling skills (mask/snorkel learing, surface diving, finning and equalization techniques, etc.)
- Half day on a boat; two different snorkel sites
- Ages: 8+ years old
- Course cost $100
- Don't need me? Fine! :) snorkel boat trip only $60
Passport Scuba Diving:
- Teaches snorkeling skills plus basic scuba skills in a relaxed manor
- Allows divers to try scuba under direct supervision of an instructor for up to 12 months without completing the entire course
- Dives conducted during your Passport scuba course can be counted towards your complete scuba diver certification should you choose to continue training within 12 months
- Half day at the pool/ocean doing snorkel/scuba skills and the other half the day spent on a boat for 2 scuba dives
- Ages 10+ years old
- Course cost $250
Refresher Course:
- Designed to "refresh" certified divers of basic scuba skills who have unfortunately not been able to dive for 6 months or more
- One day total: Half day in pool and half day on boat for 2 scuba dives
- Course cost $200
Scuba Diver:
- Entry level scuba training course designed to teach the student the fundamental knowledge and basic skills necessary to safely dive
- Upon completion you will earn an internationally recognized lifelong scuba diving certification
- Includes academic, pool, and ocean training
- Ages 15+ years old
- Course cost $450
- Private Course cost $700 (if you want to pick the who and how many in your class)
Jr. Scuba Diver
- Identical to scuba diver only its for ages 12-14; junior divers must dive with a certified diver/buddy until age 15 (as should every diver!)
- Cost is same as scuba diver
Referrals
- For students who have completed their academic and pool portions and just need to finish the open water scuba dives
- Two days...half day each day on a boat
- Cost $300

*All scuba courses include: Instructor fees, certification fees, pool/ boat fees, course books/materials, and scuba gear rental.
*All certifications are good for life, but refresher courses are always recommended for any gap in diving longer than six months.
Dive Guiding:
Recommended for those diving in unfamiliar areas or for those who just need a buddy. Having a Divemaster available to guide your dive allows the diver to see the best each site has to offer at home and abroad, while adding an extra element of fun, safety, and convenience.
Dive Charters:
Boat charters for scuba diving the Miami Beach area provide great opportunities to dive reefs and wrecks for divers of all certification levels. In addition, dive charters are available if you are looking to dive other areas of South Florida or the Florida Keys.
Dive Travel:
Looking to explore the underwater world beyond Florida? Diving vacations with or without a dive guide are an excellent choice.
